The Company is incorporated for charitable objects and purposes only with the intention of providing public benefit in Scotland or elsewhere, and in particular the Company is established to promote: (i) The prevention or relief of poverty. (x) The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. and (xi) The advancement of animal welfare.
