The organisation?s purposes are to benefit the inhabitants of Port William, as defined by the post code areas within DG8 9, without distinction of age, gender, sexuality, political, religious or other opinions, by : 4.1 The advancement of citizenship or community development (including rural regeneration and the promotion of civic responsibility, volunteering, the voluntary sector or the effectiveness or efficiency of charities) 4.2 The provision of recreational facilities and organisation of recreational activities which are available to members of the public at large
