The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 To relieve the suffering and distress, illness and discomfort of ponies and horses by providing sanctuary and resources to aid their recovery. 4.2 The relief of children and adults with mental and/or physical disability or who are experiencing emotional distress and disadvantage through the provision, or assistance in the provision of equine familiarisation, to provide a safe environment where the children/adults can experience new activities.
