Purposes 4. The organisation’s purposes are: (a) To advance community development by, amongst other things, managing and maintaining a village hall for the benefit of the inhabitants of Pluscarden and the surrounding area, without distinction of political, religious or other opinions. (b) The provision of recreational facilities with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of Pluscarden and the surrounding area who use said facilities. (c) To advance education, arts, culture, and heritage by, amongst other things, providing a venue and support for educational, cultural, and artistic activities for the benefit of the local community.
