The subjects and building as erected or to be erected theron, hereinafter referred to as the 'trust subjects' are dedicated and shall be held by the said Trustees and th sucessors of said Trustees in all time coming for the purposes of physical and mental recreation and social, moral and intelectual development through the medium of readind and recreational rooms, library, lectures, classes, recreations and entertainments or otherwise as may be found expedient for the inhabitants of the parish without distinction of sex or politics or other opinion subject to the provision of these presents.
