That provision should be made for the custody, ownership and upkeep of the said church [the Church of Pinmore]... All and whole the church of Pinmore and piece of ground round the same extending to one rood Imperial measure or thereby lying in the Parish of Colmonell and County of Ayr... ...that the said subjects shall be retained trust always by the said disponees and their successors and kept in repair by them and that said chruch shall not be set aside for any particular denomination of Protestant Christians, but under the Trustees for the time being with their approval and in their sole discretion all shall have the liberty of worshipping therein alike and that at no time and under no circumstances shall any Roman Catholic service be held therein nor any secular meetings.
