We employ 3 members of staff to provide childcare but otherwise run as a voluntary organisation with parents providing committee and administrative roles, as well as assisting the manager. We provide accessible care in a socially disadvantaged rural area. We rely on fees, nursery education funding and grants/fundraising to operate.
