The charity delivers a range of outreach and support services to improve the independence and long-term quality of the life of blind people, including the training and provision of guiding dogs to support extremely isolated and vulnerable blind people. The charity is also committed to educating the wider public about guiding dogs, blindness, and the inclusion of people of differing abilities. The charity will further promote the quality of life of blind people in the United Kingdom as the Trustees shall think fit.
