4. Purposes The organisation's purposes are: 4.1. the advancement of the Christian faith, in particular through public worship, the preaching of the Bible, the administration of the sacraments, supporting ministries that are apostolic in faith and practice, and encouraging holy living, Christian fellowship and service to others. 4.2. the prevention or relief of poverty by engaging in activities that advance the care, feeding, clothing, shelter, equality, and justice of the poor, oppressed and marginalised, particularly in, but not limited to, the town of Paisley and the greater Renfrewshire area. and 4.3. the advancement of education, particularly in respect of biblical principles and ethics.
