The charity’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the following: To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Northern Ireland the provision of outdoor recreation facilities for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants particularly in terms of health and well-being, social inclusion, community cohesion and economic prosperity. Other charitable purposes
