4 The organisation's purposes are: (a) To advance community development by encouraging social inclusion among all members of the community especially Black, Asian and minority ethnic and helping them to live better and more fulfilled lives. (b) To advance health by promoting a healthy lifestyle and offering a range of activities to improve physical and mental wellbeing of the participants. (c) To provide indoor and outdoor recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the activities are primarily intended.
