The Charity's objects ("Objects") are specifically restricted to the following:- (i) to provide opportunities for young people from the Ormeau Road and surrounding areas of South Belfast to participate in sport and physical activity namely boxing (ii) to provide opportunities for participation in sport and physical activity to all regardless of sex, religion, ethnicity, age or ability. (iii) to provide opportunities for local people to volunteer within the club as club administrators, coaches and event stewards (iv) to provide facilities appropriate for boxing and other physical fitness activities which meet all relevant health and safety regulations (v) to deliver personal development and training programmes for young people from the Ormeau Road and surrounding areas of South Belfast that are based upon their needs and interests The advancement of amateur sport
