The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 To advance the Christian faith in accordance with the Statement of Faith in such ways and in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the Board from time to time may think fit. 4.2 To relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds, goods or services of any kind including through the provision of counselling and support in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the Board from time to time think fit. 4.3 The advancement of citizenship or community development. This will be achieved through the promotion of volunteering, working closely with local and national third sector organisations, promoting partnership working for the benefit of the community at large.
