No Secrets provides peer support to those affected by self-injury, by running weekly group sessions. The groups are mainly targeting those who are self-harming and want support with it, however we do allow carers/relatives/professionals to attend a couple of sessions if they want to learn how best to support somebody.We also provide awareness level training sessions for professionals.
