The company's objects are: (I) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Newmains and district without distinction of sex, sexuality, political, religious or other opinions by encouraging a common effort to reduce poverty, advance education and to provide facilities, (or assist in the provision of facilities), in the interest of social welfare and other leisure-time occupation so that their conditions of life may be improved. (II) To improve the health and well-being of all the inhabitants of the community and (III) To promote the preservation and conservation of the environment in Newmains and district for the public benefit.
