2. Objectives To provide pre-hospital emergency care on behalf of the Scottish Ambulance Service in accordance with the First Responder callout system set out by the Scottish Ambulance Service. a) To enable volunteer First Responders to provide defibrillation, CPR and other life-saving interventions in accordance with their training. b) To work in partnership with the Scottish Ambulance Service to select, train and provide assessments for volunteer First Responders throughout the Newmachar area.
