Insofar as is exclusively charitable and for the public benefit: − The advancement of education on maritime activities within and around the harbour − The saving of lives through water safety awareness − The advancement of citizenship and community development amongst harbour users, in particular through the creation of a community facility − The preservation of those aspects of the harbour which are of heritage value − The advancement of amateur water sports which constitute ‘healthy recreation’, including canoeing, swimming, paddleboarding and sailing − The advancement of environmental protection and improvement of the harbour area − The advancement of health through the establishment of a mental health awareness group Newcastle Harbour Heritage Association is established for the benefit of the public, including the local and wider communities and all harbour users The advancement of education,The advancement of health or the saving of lives,The advancement of citizenship or community development,The advancement of amateur sport,Other charitable purposes
