The Company’s objects are to benefit the community of Nairn which comprises: (i) all postcodes within Postcode District IV12. (ii) the postcodes in postal sectors IV2 5 and IV2 7 as listed at Appendix 1. and (iii) all other postcodes for the areas enclosed by the boundaries of Nairn River, Nairn West and Suburban, Cawdor and West Nairnshire, East Nairnshire and Auldearn Community Councils (as defined by the Highland Council under its Scheme for the Establishment of Community Councils), hereinafter known as ‘the Community”, and to promote the improvement and regeneration of the town of Nairn and its surrounding areas for the benefit of the Community and the maintenance and improvement of the physical, social and economic infrastructure of the Community. But such that the Company shall do so following principles of furthering sustainable development.
