4.1 The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science 4.1.1 To advance heritage by preserving, conserving and promoting Blairs College Chapel as a site of historic and architectural significance. 4.1.2 To advance culture and heritage by collecting, preserving and sharing historical material relating to Blairs College and the Chapel. 4.2 The advancement of citizenship or community development 4.2.1 To advance community development by supporting a strong, inclusive and connected community through the provision of a community asset that enables community participation and engagement. 4.2.2 To advance citizenship by encouraging volunteering, community involvement and shared responsibility for the development and use of the Chapel as a community resource. 4.3 The advancement of education 4.3.1 To advance education by providing opportunities for learning and understanding relating to the history, heritage and cultural significance of Blairs College Chapel. 4.4 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended 4.4.1 To provide recreational facilities and activities which improve wellbeing, reduce social isolation, and enhance the quality of life for people within the surrounding communities
