The Trustees shall hold the whole capital and income of the Trust Fund upon trust to apply the same, at such time or times as they may in their absolute discretion think fit, for such purposes charitable in law as they may from time to time select. Declaring (One) as regards income that the Trustees shall have power, if in any year they think fit, to hold the annual income of the Trust Fund or any part thereof for application as aforesaid in a later year, but that without accumulating the same with capital. and (Two) that in the exercise of their said discretion the Trustees shall have power to apply the whole, or the whole remaining, Trust Fund, capital or income, for such purposes as aforesaid, to the effect of bringing the Trust to an end.
