4 The organisation's purposes are to benefit the community of Muckle Roe as defined by the postcode ZE2 9QW through carrying out the following activities: (i) To advance citizenship or community development (ii) To advance the arts, heritage, culture or science. (iii) The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational facilities, with the object of improving conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended.
