The objects for which the company is established are: to provide and arrange for the management and administration of a Leisure Centre at Borough Briggs, Elgin, incorporating a swimming pool and ice rink, together with such ancillary facilities as the directors from time to time of the company shall deem appropriate for the recreational and educational benefit and in the interest of the social welfare of the public (both resident and visitor) of the District of Moray.
