The Organisation has been formed to provide benefit to people living in the City of Edinburgh, Midlothian, East Lothian, East Dunbartonshire, Glasgow City, South Lanarkshire, Scottish Borders, Falkirk, North Lanarkshire and West Lothian local authority areas (the “Community”), with the following purposes (the “Purposes”): 4.1 To promote health and well-being by encouraging participation in sports and recreational activities for people of all ages and abilities. 4.2 To organise inclusive activities, ensuring equal access for individuals with disabilities. 4.3 To provide educational workshops and training sessions to develop physical literacy and well-being awareness. 4.4 To foster community cohesion through sports tournaments, recreational activities, and social events and collaborate with local and national organisations to expand opportunities for physical and mental well-being.
