The Trust was established 'for such charitable bodies or for such charitable purposes (hereinafter called 'the beneficiaries') at such times and in such manner, in such proportions and upon such conditions as they (the Trustees) in their sole discretion may think fit. Declaring that the beneficiaries may include one or more of the bodies specified in the First Schedule annexed and signed by me as relative hereto if, while and so long as such body or bodies have charitable status, but this declaration shall in no way prejudice or restrict the discretionary powers conferred upon the Trustees.?
