Subject to the provisions of Purpose 6 hereof the Trustees shall, from the date, of the Interlocutor of the Court of Session approving and settling this Scheme, hold the whole trust property in their hands with the exception of the said heritage, and they shall hold the net proceeds of the said heritage as and when the same shall be realised, for the purpose of paying grants of money or providing gifts or services out of the income thereof to destitute, friendless or otherwise deserving ladies who have been reduced from a better position in life, priority being given to ladies otherwise eligible in the following groups: (i) Widows and daughters of Ministers of the Church of Scotland or of persons otherwise occupied in the service of the Church of Scotland, or (ii) Residents in the Parishes of Lilliesleaf, Bowden and Ashkirk.
