(1) To advance the education of pre-school children, and with particular reference to the promotion of personal growth and development among children of three years or under. (2) To relieve the needs of children suffering from mental and/or physical disability, illness or impairment. (3) To provide advisory, counselling and other support services to the families of young children in order to help such children to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacity so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and as members of society.
