To advance for the public benefit, the provision of services directed towards mediation, conciliation or reconciliation between persons, organisations, authorities or groups involved in or likely to become involved in disputes or interpersonal conflict in any situation where that dispute or conflict results from or may lead to acts of unlawful activity or breakdown in public order.
