The Trustees shall stand possessed of the assets thereof UPON TRUST to use the same and apply the same both as to capital and income on or towards:- a) the education and maintenance of any Roman Catholic students attending educational establishment in Ireland as the said Trustees may in their uncontrolled discretion select and particularly for students studying for the Roman Catholic priesthood or other religious life; b) such other catholic charitable purposes in Ireland as the Trustees may select from time to time with the approval in writing of the Bishop for the Diocese of Down & Connor The advancement of education,The advancement of religion,Other charitable purposes
