The company has been formed principally to benefit the community of Menstrie, Clackmannanshire which comprises the postcode district FK11 ('the Community') with the following objects: (1) The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. 1(b) In the provision of (1) to ensure that Menstrie is a vibrant, active community, to support the health and wellbeing of the village and improve the lives and opportunities of members of the community But only to the extent that the above purposes are consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development.
