Martin Scott Prize FundRegistered

Out of the yearly dividends or income of the Trust Fund the Trustees shall as they may in their discretion think fit grant a prize or award or prizes or awards to be known as the Martin Scott Prize or Prizes to such person or persons being a member of staff of the Glasgow office of any one or more of the Northern Assurance Group of Companies as defined in the Second Schedule hereto who shall have been employed by the Group at such Glasgow Office for a period of not less than twelve months who sits for any of the examinations described in the Third schedule hereto as shall in the opinion of the Trustees or a majority of them have obtained the most meritorious result of the year in any such examination.
