Objects 3.1 The group is established to relieve poverty, sickness and the aged and to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Marrowbone area of North Belfast and its environs (herein after called the ‘area of benefit’) without distinction of age, gender, sexuality, nationality, ethnic origin, political or religious opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation, with the objective of improving the conditions of life for said inhabitants: The prevention or relief of poverty,The advancement of education,The advancement of citizenship or community development
