The Charity's objects are to promote the mental health and wellbeing of persons residing in the United Kingdom who are living with (but not limited to) dementia for the benefit of the public, primarily by providing interactive music sessions both live and by a digital medium and by providing other facilities at the Trustees' discretion for their recreation and leisure time occupation. Nothing in the Articles shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and/or section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
