The organisation’s purpose is to raise funds through an annual sporting challenge and distributing proceeds from the event within the area of Lochalsh and South Skye with a focus on physical, mental health, well-being, and youth to charities and organisations with the following purposes: a) The advancement of health b) The public participation in sport c) The provision of recreational activities, or the organisation of recreational activities d) The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship, or other disadvantage
