The company has been formed to benefit principally the community of Balloch and Haldane, which comprises the postcodes listed in Annex 1, with the following objects: (1) The advancement of community development and citizenship (including advancement of regeneration) principally within the Community. (2) Advancement of health. (3) Advancement of education. (4) The advancement of environmental protection or improvement. (5) Relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health or disability. But only to the extent that the above purposes are consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development.
