The aims of the Group shall be to advance the education and development of pre-school children by co-operating with NIPPA in: (a) Providing safe and satisfying group play, in which parents are encouraged to take part. (b) Increasing parental recognition of the needs of young children and the value of pre-school provision. (c) Encouraging other charitable activities through which parents may help the children.
