4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To enhance the development and education of young children aged 0-5 years. 4.2 To provide a safe, secure and friendly environment where parents, carers and their children can meet and participate in educational play and social activities. 4.3 To bring together parents and carers from the community to promote community spirit, to share information and experiences and to provide mutual support for one another. 4.4 To provide a minimum of 1 play sessions per week in any calendar year excluding any local or bank holidays and excluding 23rd December to 04 January (inclusive) in any given year. 4.5 If agreed, to arrange trips to anywhere in Scotland. and 4.6 Where possible, aim to support the local community by trying to source equipment and services locally.
