The organisation’s purposes are to benefit principally “Stranraer and surrounding communities” (the community) with the following objectives: The provision of community engagement to build resilience in the community, and to support, improving people’s physical, social, and mental wellbeing. The advancement of education (i) promoting knowledge, skills, understanding of food provision, sustainability and climate change. The advancement of citizenship or community development (including regeneration). (i) promoting the understanding of community development through collective food production To prevent and relieve poverty by developing community gardens and spaces, promoting knowledge and skills development in growing healthy food and seeking to enhance mental and physical wellbeing.
