The objectives of LGBDG shall be to promote the benefit of cycling to persons (restrictions may apply due to the sizes of the equipment available) living in Dumfries & Galloway with disabilities and mental health issues, without distinction of gender, sexuality, political, religious or other opinions by linking with local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance Outdoor Education and to provide facilities, or assist in the provision of facilities, in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation so that their health and conditions of life may be improved.
