To advance education within Niger, and in particular to establish, improve, expand, manage, operate (whether directly or through engagement of other organisations or institutions) and/or support (whether by way of the provision of financial assistance or otherwise) universities, skill centres, schools and/or other educational facilities within Niger. To relieve those in need within Niger by reason of financial hardship or other disadvantage, and including (without limitation) taking steps to improve access to clean water and/or other essentials. and To advance health within Niger both by supporting the provision of basic healthcare and by working in conjunction with existing healthcare organisation to support the development of healthcare infrastructure.
