(a) To provide or assist in the provision of concerts, recitals and other appearances in public, and for the benefit, enjoyment and education of the public, of the Band or other bands, societies or groups whose aims and objects are the presentation and stimulation for the benefit of the public of the art of Brass Band and Brass Instrument Playing. (b) To provide or assist in the provision of the education of musicians by means of the practical experience of working with, playing with or receiving tuition from the Band or any of the members thereof for the time being. (c) After a reasonable reserve for the continuing and future purposes of the Band has been made, to donate the free proceeds of any performances of the Band to such organisations charitable in law as the members in General Meeting shall determine. To do all other things which are lawful to promote the foregoing objects.
