(1) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the neighbourhood without distinction of sex or political, religious or other opinions by associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare, for recreation and for leisure-time occupation. (2) To manage and maintain a Community Centre where this exists for activities promoted by the Company in furtherance of the above objects. (3) To foster a community spirit for the achievement of these and other such objects as may by law be deemed to be charitable.
