ML8 5W (“the Community”), with the Purposes listed in Clause 5 below(“the Purposes”), to be exercised following the principles of sustainable development (where sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs). 5. The organisation’s main purpose is consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development. The organisation’s purposes are: 5.1 the advancement of health. 5.2 the advancement or public participation in sports. 5.3 the provision of recreational facilities, of the organisation of recreational activities.
