The purpose of Lack Community Group shall be to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the village of Lack, the greater Lack area and its environs (hereinafter described as “the Area of Benefit”) without distinction of age, disability, gender, marital status, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, having or not having dependents, political opinion or other opinion (as in the Northern Ireland Act 1998), it will so do by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare, for recreation or other leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
