The Trustees are empowered to recieve funds by way of private donation or public subscription and shall hold the Trust Fund and use the free annual income thereof and if the Trustees in their absolute discretion deem necessary the whole or part of the capital thereof for the purposes of planting the said trees and laying out and equipping the said amenity area and thereafter managing and maintaining the same and for the expenses of constituting, promoting and executing the Trust hereby created.
