The organisation has been formed to benefit the community of Kirkconnel and Kelloholm ('the Community') with the following objects: The advancement of community development including the advancement of rural regeneration. The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. The provision of recreational activities with the object of improving conditions of life for the persons for whom the activities are primarily intended.
