2. The association's objects are: a) To provide a recreational facility and activities with the aim of improving the conditions of life for whom the facility or activities are mainly intended. b) In furtherance of this objective the Association will be responsible for the management, promotion and development of Glencroft Community Hall and the promotion, coordination and development of community activities within Glencroft Community Hall, (hereinafter referred to a GCH) and the park itself (Kings Park-hereinafter referred to as the Park).
