a) To relieve the needs of people who are elderly or are otherwise in need of care within North West Highland Stirlingshire (including the village of Killin) as defined by the boundaries of Killin, Strathfillan and Balquhidder Community Councils (the' Operating Area') b) To provide or assist in the provision of housing for people in necessitous circumstances within the Operating Area c) To advance education and to promote training programmes and opportunities for the benefit of the residents of the Operating Area d) To promote, establish, operate and/or support other schemes of a charitable nature for the benefit of the community within the Operating Area
