4. The purpose of the Organisation are.- a. The promotion of care and education of children in need of care during out of school hours and school holidays. b. The promotion of the provision of facilities for the recreation, fun and leisure-time occupation of such children in the interests of social welfare with the objective of improving their condition of life. c. The promotion of pre-school children provision. d. Advance the education and training of persons providing such care, education, fun and recreational facilities.
