To hold and apply any funds, proceeds, royalties and any other revenues arising from the assets under the Trustees' control for the Institute of Contemporary Scotland, 216 Liberator House, Glasgow Prestwick Airport, Prestwick, Ayrshire, KA9 2PT (Scottish Charity No: SC030680) and for any successor charity from time to time in place, as the Trustees may in their sole discretion decide, arising as a result of any takeover, amalgamation or transfer of assets and failing any such successor, for such charitable purposes as the Trustees may in their sole discretionary decide (declaring that the expression 'charitable purpose' shall mean a charitable purpose under Section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 which is also regarded as a charitable purpose in relation to the application of the Taxes Acts.
