4.1 the prevention or relief of poverty. 4.2 the advancement of education. 4.3 the advancement of citizenship or community development. 4.4 the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. 4.5 the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. and 4.6 using the income and capital of the organisation, at such time or times and in such amounts as the charity trustees think fit, for the giving of grants, donations, gifts or loans, to individuals or organisations where doing so would further one or more of the above purposes as the trustees shall from time to time in their absolute discretion think fit.
